Star reports, Ashlee Simpson just made a tidy profit of $1.2 million selling the home which she bought only last year for $4.5 million in the L.A. suburb of Encino. For his $5.7 million, the buyer, Hawaiian convalescent hospital owner Edward Keh, gets a 9,000 square foot house which stands on an acre of land and includes a gym, meditation room, sauna and spa, and a huge, 700-square-foot closet that has its own washer/dryer unit.
