Rachel Bilson has revealed the secret behind her sex appeal is confidence. The brunette actress is best known for playing Summer Roberts in hit teen show ‘The O.C.’ believes all men find confident women attractive because they are sure of themselves. She said:

“The best thing a woman can be is confident. Men like that.”

Looks like she was shopping for a dress! I am sure the store loved it, and all the free press that got from it. But she is definitely cute and better then alot of the other young celebs. At least shes taking the break up well from what we can see.
