Nicole Richie has stepped down as host of a Las Vegas New Year’s Eve party following her arrest on DUI charges last week.

The party girl confessed to cops she had taken Vicodin and smoked marijuana when cops pulled her over after being spotted driving the wrong way on a Burbank, Calif., freeway.

The scandal has seen her cancel the appearance at Tangerine night club. She’ll be replaced by rocker Dave Navarro.

Steve Davidovici, of the Pure Management Group that runs the club, says, “We love Nicole, and we wish her the best. We hope to bring her back in the future.”

Maybe she can call Paris and tell her to host the party, Paris doesnt even have to be there. Shes notorious for throw parties at big events and not showing up for the start. Like she did with Club Paris for the grand opening.
