Hollywood actor Leonardo DiCaprio refuses to be swayed by negative reports that his girlfriend Bar Refaeli secretly got married in her native Israel to avoid military service.

Israeli women aged between 18 and 20 are under obligation to serve unless they’re orthodox, disabled or married, according to reports. But Bar Refaeli, 20, allegedly avoided enlisting with the Israeli army by marrying an older man just a week before having to report for duty in 2004 and then subsequently dumping him.

A friend of the actor says, “He Leo knows she is married but she is separated from her husband and planning to divorce him.”

The friend went on to say the DiCaprio is not deterred and that Refaeli’s “no gold-digger.” Well good I wouldnt want Leo to be with a gold digger, besides hes got plenty of money I wouldnt know why he would be concerned!

The star, 31, and beauty Bar Rafaeli, 20, have stepped out together in both Prague, Czech Republic, and the capital of romance, Paris, France, where they took a slow stroll before enjoying an intimate meal together.

DiCaprio split from his longtime supermodel girlfriend Gisele Bundchen last year, while Rafaeli recently dated ex-”Baywatch” actor David Charvet.
