There was recent speculation that the hotel heiress and pop princess were no longer friends because of Brit getting too friendly with Brandon Davis, the lovely gentleman who labeled teen queen Lindsay Lohan a “FireCrotch”. But a source close to Hilton is singing a different tune.

The source told US Weekly, “Britney called Paris and said she had decided not to be seen in public with her ‘for now’. Britney told Paris that it’s not personal.”

Unfortunately, that’s not good enough for Paris. Paris needs attention, but further more shes been busy hanging out with Kim Kardashian and they are in the land down under right now. So when Britney comes around I am sure Paris will have open arms for her and more pussy flashing for the internet world to see.

Wild 95.5, a popular radio station in West Palm Beach, Florida, announced on December 23, 2006 that Britney will preview a one-minute clip of a track on her new album entitled, “Hate” when she hosts a New Years Party at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas. The track is not, however, planned as the lead single from her currently-untitled fifth studio album. Nothing is known about the song save the title, according to the radio station.

In addition, Larry Rudolph, the supposed manager of Spears, confirmed a mid-2007 release date in an email addressed from Jive Records. The single is penciled in for a March release followed by an April video release. He also hinted at the possibility of two singles being released prior to the album’s release. The station confirmed that Rudolph will be calling in to the station during the course of this week, assuming to discuss Spears’ album and his various other clients.

The singer was so impressed by the publication’s heartfelt interview with Jennifer Aniston following her split from Brad Pitt, she plans to lift the lid on her two-year union with the aspiring rapper.

A source tells British newspaper The Sun, “Britney has agreed to make Vanity Fair her first big statement about her new life. The interview will be very frank. She liked how they handled Jennifer’s first interview after her divorce from Brad Pitt.”

Britney Spears is celebrating being single again by getting a new tattoo of a small star on her right hand.

Britney recently apologized to fans for her hard-partying ways, but has not cut down on her nights out on the town.

The star and a group of friends, including her 16-year-old sister Jamie Lynn Spears, hit the Devil Doll Tattoo & Body Piercing in Studio City, California on Tuesday.

The singer, was seen sporting disheveled hair and constantly adjusting her wayward bra strap while she was getting the new tattoo.

According to website, TMZ.com, Spears was followed by a pack of paparazzi and set off a media frenzy at the tattoo parlor.
